I was tearing my hair out trying to stop the spamsters even after closing my open relay and getting out of the "black holes".  You quickly and professionally determined what the problem was, applied the appropriate patch and the horrors stopped.  Then another patch to stop and track the from-foreign-domain traffic being relayed even from a compromised client's credentials and I am very pleased.
