Sometimes things break and you need them fixed NOW, even if it is the middle of the night. It can be frustrating; we know! We try to be available to help you get your business running again at these inconvenient times.

Lets say...

• Your e-mail server is down and the fifty people in your office can’t get anything done without it and the boss gave you one hour to get it fixed,
• A SPAMMer is abusing your e-mail server to relay SPAM, and your ISP called you demanding that you fix the problem NOW or they will disconnect you,
• Your e-mail server queue filled up and you don’t know why,
• Something isn’t working and you don’t know exactly what.

How our priority service works

We are willing to help you, even on off-hours, but we can’t guarantee that we will always be available.

When you use our priority service, you will be connected to a consultant’s cell phone or home phone. The consultant may not answer your call or be able to take your job. If we don’t take the job, you will pay nothing.

More than likely we will answer your call. When we do, we will help you figure out if we can help you. If you want us to help, we will arrange payment at that time.

Prices

We charge a premium for priority consulting. Our rate is 1.5 times our normal rate.
