EMAIL CAMPAIGN REPORT
OVERVIEW
This shows the overview about an email campaign.
At a glance, you can quickly view the number of messages sent, the duration of the sending, how many messages succeeded, an overview of the INBOX delivery information and reporting on the number of spam complaints received.
BOUNCE STATISTICS
This shows the statistics on received bounces for an email campaign.
We can see how many soft bounces, hard bounces, and other bounces there are and how many bounces of each individual bounce code.
MAILBOX MONITOR TAB
This report is a gold-mine!
This shows you what ISPs delivered your messages to the INBOX (good), which delivered your messages to the Bulk folder or SPAM folder (which is not good, since subscribers will not see them), and which didn't deliver your messages at all (which is not good). This lets us know exactly where your deliverability problems are, so that we can address them head-on.
SMTP SERVER STATS
This shows exactly how the ISPs SMTP servers behaved regarding accepting your messages.
If a remote ISP does not accept your messages, but rejects or defers them, then you can see that here. You can also drill down to the specific error messages returned by the ISP.
DRILL-DOWN TO SPECIFIC ISP REJECTION MESSAGES
This shows exactly what messages the ISP rejected or deferred messages with.
This lets you see exactly what the ISPs are telling you.
EMAIL ROUTING CONFIGURATION
LIST OF IP ADDRESSES AND ROUTING RULES
This shows how multiple IP addresses and routing rules can be configured on a single server.
IP ADDRESS AND THROTTLE CONFIGURATION
This shows how an IP address is configured.
You can see the throttle configuration that applies to the connections made from this IP address.
CUSTOM ROUTING RULE (VIRTUALMTA)
This shows how a custom routing rule can be created that routes mail to different IP addresses based off of the domain name.
These rules can also randomize mail between different IP addresses.
