OUR STORY

We started running our own email server and hosting email accounts in 1999. In 2003 we began doing general consulting for open source email servers. We loved digging into people's email servers and solving problems that really mattered to them. (When your email stops, everything stops.)

Our focus was on email hosting systems for ISPs and businesses, but every few months someone would call asking if we could help them with an outgoing email server that was blocked or overloaded.

These calls led us to the idea of building a really fast email server. Our clients loved it. The project grew and we continued to improve the product now known as GreenArrow. GreenArrow eventually replaced our consulting work and our focus is now entirely on outgoing email.

So that's our story—a customer need led to an idea, and an idea led to a product that we hope will delight you and meet your email sending needs.

OUR FOCUS

Email has been our exclusive focus for the past five years.

Email's the dial tone of the Internet—always there but seldom noticed. When people think of the Internet they typically think of websites, buying online, blogs, and so on. Although email is often taken for granted, it’s an indispensable tool for almost any business.

There's something fun and rewarding about working with the taken-for-granted stuff that really matters. So many people use email, but don't know how it really works. So when we see a customer's eyes light up with a new understanding or hear of their delight at a solution we've worked out — that's simply satisfying.
